Post-Office365 Migration Instructions

Overview

This article will provide you with the instructions necessary for logging in to Office365 for the first time after an email migration.

Change Your Password

  1. In your web browser go to http://portal.office.com and login with the username provided by your Gembadesk agent
  2. You will see the Office365 Dashboard.  Click the Options Gear in the top-right area of the screen and click Password in the drop-down menu.
  3. You will see the Change Password screen.  Enter the old password and pick a new password then click Submit.

Add Your Account to Outlook

Note: If you do not have at least Outlook 2013 STOP and call 1-888-757-4740 immediately!
  1. Open Outlook and click File->Account Settings.

  2. You will see the Account Settings dialogue.  Click New...

  3. You will see the Welcome to Outlook message.  Enter your username in the format username@mland.ca and click Connect.
  4. You should see the message Account Setup is Complete.  Click OK to finish installing.
